Charlotte is a 29-year-old New Zealander, who is currently living and working in Latin America. She spent a year working as a volunteer in a migrant house and guest house in Mexico City, which included a multitude of tasks from cooking for twenty five people to tending to an organic garden in the heart of Latin America's biggest city. Now she is travelling around South America, final destination Chile. Before traveling, she studied journalism and politics then teaching, and worked as a primary-school teacher in Wellington, New Zealand for three years. Now, as well as writing online she is working on her Spanish, French and other creative writing projects, and trying to keep up with friends and family far away.
